The 28 is our original 28-day fitness regimen designed to help you achieve maximum results. During those intense, yet fun 28 days, you will burn fat, build muscle, have better nutrition — all while making new friends!
In 28 days, we encourage cross-training with your teammates in boxing, pilates, strength training, and cardio. Also, our awesome expert Maximum 28 personal trainers and coaches are available to help you get those elusive results you’ve been seeking. And if you dig our methods come the 28th day, then you’re in luck. We can whip you up a fresh and completely different 28-day program to take your workouts to an even higher level!
So if you need a trainer and you play well with others, Maximum 28 will show you that together there are, indeed, strength in numbers. Together, we can get you those head-turning, body banging results.

We offer small group training programs throughout the year! Each class is instructed by a personal trainer who has designed a series of workouts to help you progress your body safely and effectively. We can upgrade or maintain your program every 28 days! The benefits are endless for your body and your wallet! Our indoor session will be held at Absolute Power in Brooklyn, New York.

Jowanda empathizes with each of her clients’ obstacles in their fitness journeys. See, even a gym rat like Jowanda had to overcome challenges to achieve her own Maximum results. When her father passed away in 2010, Jowanda gained significant weight -- once unthinkable for the fitness-minded trainer. But Jowanda prayed for the will to escape her rut, and she credits fitness for moving her through her grief.

Gerard puts the ‘X’ in Maximum -- as in ‘X’-treme. A student of acro-yoga, Gerard designs routines to develop the core and balance. Gerard is constant energy and motion, so when he trains clients he probes their goals and expectations to gauge their desire to complete a 28-day routine.
